If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order by sending clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order number.

The item must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
